Popped in on a busy pre Xmas Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food but the main reason for 5 stars was the friendly attentive service we received in the Grand Central branch. The ketchup dispenser wasn’t working and they assisted immediately providing sachets and then a tub of ketchup. Service with a friendly smile

We went to Shake Shack in Birmingham and the ketchup was sweet and a little sour, just like ketchup should be. The French fries were nice and crispy- the best fries (or should I say chips) I’ve had in England. The family had a great time and the food didn’t take that long to come out. One of the best experiences I’ve had in England. Ozzy the Bull was an attraction not far away and a cool sight to see with the fam.

First time to Birmingham branch. The new store is cozy, clean and modern with super friendly service. Mushroom burger is delicious. Special thanks to Alex, she is super helpful and nice, her smile makes my day.

I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff at are, especially the ones at the front. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such warmth and politeness. But what really stood out was how they took the time to clean the table for me before when I sat down, (which wasn’t even that messy anyways). The level of service here goes above and beyond what you'd expect! Proper good vibes :) the food is also rlly good!!

5 stars Had a late dinner at Shake Shack Birmingham with my boyfriend and it was amazing! The meat was super juicy and everything tasted so good – exactly what we needed. We loved it! Also want to give a shoutout to Alex who was in the lobby area – really friendly and made sure everything was clean and topped up. Great vibes and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Having had the privilege of visiting Shake Shack during my annual trips to Dubai, I was overjoyed when I heard they were opening a branch in my beloved home city of Birmingham—undoubtedly the best city in the UK (as confirmed by me and my fellow Brummies). Not one to dive into the hype immediately, I patiently waited for the initial buzz to settle before venturing to their conveniently located branch at Grand Central station, perfectly placed to cater to locals and commuters passing through Birmingham New Street—the busiest train station outside London. The space itself is impressive, with ample seating to accommodate a mix of curious locals and busy travelers. While they’ve embraced modernity with those sleek self-order screens, I’m a bit old school. As a true millennial, I prefer the charm of human interaction, so I headed straight to the counter. After waiting a few moments for someone to acknowledge me, I placed my order: a chicken burger with cheese (because what’s a burger without cheese?), a portion of crinkle-cut fries, and their signature house-made lemonade. Here’s where reality bites: the bill came to a hefty 17.50. While it’s a far cry from your average lunch budget, thankfully, it was just after payday—perfect timing for treating myself. That said, I couldn’t help but think about how unsustainable this would be as a regular indulgence. After a brief wait and a quick stop at the self-serve ketchup station, my order was ready. My name flashed up on their LED screen, prompting me to collect my meal and settle into my seat. I hit play on an episode of Landman (a good lunch watch, by the way) and dove in. The crinkle fries were soft and fresh, setting the tone nicely. Then came the main event: the chicken burger. I’ll admit, I was skeptical about how it would measure up, but I was pleasantly surprised—it was bursting with flavor, expertly cooked, and undeniably satisfying. All in all, Shake Shack Birmingham is definitely worth a visit, but with that price tag, I’d recommend keeping it as a post-payday treat rather than a daily habit. As I sat there, savoring the moment, I caught sight of the receipt again. Reality kicked in, and I reluctantly decided it was time to head back to work.

Shakeshake is an amazing and unreal experience with delicious food! Food came out in 3 minutes, perfect Wanna shout out to Alex for being an amazing person, very sweet, talkative, approachable (And lucky 777 winner) Thank you Alex for your kindness, it made me: Dalia & Abi really happy :) (p.s its her birthday so it made her feel even more happy)

I’ve had Shake Shack in different countries, so I was very excited to hear they are opening in Birmingham. As usual, I loved it! I would say they’re a little bit expensive but the best burger chain in the world!
